Email Marketing & Lifecycle Automation Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute automated email and SMS journeys (welcome series, browse abandonment, post-purchase, re-engagement)
• Manage database segmentation, list hygiene, deliverability protocols (DKIM, SPF, DMARC), and compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA)
• A/B test subject lines, send times, content modules, and dynamic personalization to increase open and conversion rates
• Build executive dashboards tracking retention metrics, unsubscribe rates, and revenue per recipient

Qualifications and Requirements

• 4+ years of email and lifecycle marketing experience using platforms such as Klaviyo, Customer.io, or Iterable
• Strong copywriting ability and understanding of email HTML/CSS design standards across email clients
• Data-driven approach with expertise in customer segmentation, behavioral triggers, and cohort analytics
• Experience driving significant e-commerce or subscription revenue through lifecycle channels
