Lead Social Media Strategist & Content Producer

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and execute end-to-end social media growth strategies across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
• Direct weekly content calendars, short-form video shoots, visual aesthetics, and copy tone-of-voice
• Analyze weekly growth KPIs, engagement metrics, and audience sentiment to optimize distribution tactics
• Collaborate with executive leadership and brand partners on high-impact product launches and creator collaborations

Qualifications and Requirements

• 4+ years of proven track record leading organic social media growth for consumer or tech brands in the US market
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-performing TikTok & Reels content with authentic storytelling
• Exceptional copywriting skills and eye for modern visual design and typography
• Deep understanding of social algorithms, viral hooks, community management, and analytics
