Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Media)

Key Responsibilities

• Own, scale, and optimize paid acquisition budgets across Meta, Google Search/YouTube, TikTok, and Programmatic
• Develop rapid creative testing frameworks and collaborate with the design team to produce high-converting ad variations
• Manage attribution modeling, pixel tracking, server-side CAPI setups, and full-funnel reporting dashboards
• Conduct continuous A/B tests on landing pages to systematically increase conversion rates and reduce CAC

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience managing at least $250k+/month in direct advertising spend
• Advanced mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and multi-touch attribution tools
• Strong analytical mindset with deep fluency in cohort analysis, LTV:CAC ratios, and payback periods
• Experience scaling US direct-to-consumer (DTC) or high-growth SaaS offerings
