Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media calendars
• Monitor trends, conversations, and emerging social media opportunities
• Engage with followers and build a strong online community
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams on campaigns
• Track and analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports
• Use analytics and insights to optimize content and improve engagement
• Manage social media campaigns, promotions, and influencer collaborations
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and current trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating engaging social media content
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with social media management and scheduling tools
• Basic knowledge of content design and video editing is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
